Progress grids are
pasted into the fronts of sketch books and used as a place to record progress
as well as see how to improve attainment and ability.

At the beginning of each
academic year pupils are asked to complete a base line test on order to check
where pupils’ ability lies and then see how to make further progress.

important. It is equally important that you respond to feedback in order to
make continued progress. Feedback
happens in the following ways:
- Ongoing verbal feedback in class
- Peer and self-assessment
- Target setting; peer, personal and teacher set
